We share data only with trusted subcontractors performing work on your project, payment processors for transactions, and legal authorities when required by law. All partners are contractually bound to confidentiality.

4. Data Retention

Project records are retained for 7 years per industry standards. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@westlanehomes.in .

By using West Lane Homes's website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services & Estimates

All quotes are estimates based on information provided at the time. Final pricing may adjust if scope changes, unforeseen conditions are discovered , or you request modifications. All changes require written approval before work proceeds.

3. Project Timeline

Timelines are good-faith estimates. Delays caused by weather, material shortages, permit processing, or client-requested changes are outside our control. We communicate proactively about any schedule adjustments.

4. Payment Terms

Payment follows the milestone schedule outlined in your contract. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee. Work may be paused if invoices remain unpaid beyond 15 days.

5. Warranties

All work carries a 5-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on materials and appliances apply per their terms. Warranty claims must be reported in writing within 30 days of discovery.

6. Limitation of Liability

West Lane Homes's liability is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing defective work. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays or disruptions.

1. Service Cancellations

You may cancel a contracted project within 72 hours of signing for a full refund of your deposit, minus any materials already ordered and non-returnable. After 72 hours, cancellation fees apply based on work completed.

2. Material Returns

Unused, unopened materials in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for store credit. Custom-ordered items (specialty tile, custom cabinetry, cut-to-size countertops) are non-returnable.

3. Workmanship Issues

If you identify a workmanship defect, report it in writing within 30 days. We will inspect within 5 business days and, if validated, repair or replace the work at no cost under our 5-year warranty.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Credit card refunds may take an additional billing cycle to appear on your statement.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Design consultation fees, permit application fees, and architectural plans once delivered are non-refundable. These cover professional time and intellectual property already rendered.
